Bit more difficult to find Ethiopian out here in the sticks than it was in the city (can't bring myself to ship pallets of coffee to the farm), but there is one local roaster at the farmers market who carries the beans of choice and lets just say her business is doing quite well ever since we found out she will custom roast blends upon request:)
