Sometimes social media is scary. Today got a weird post on Facebook. I posted a review on sushi restaurant two years ago. A stranger a man looked at my profile off of that and today is hitting on me wanting me to send him a friend request. My profile is set to private he can’t see anything but my photo. He is commenting off a two year old good sushi review at restaurant here where I live. He isn’t even in my state. So creeped out right now. How do these creepers find me. Hubby says delete FB. 🤷♀️👩🏻🦰
@redsheri1 the only reason it doesn’t happen here is we have better moderation. It happens everywhere. It used to happen to me on Twitter. I had a couple of problems on LinkedIn in the past and that’s crazy.
@redsheri1 I have been on the Internet for so many years and seen so much since the middle 1980s that nothing much surprises me. Years ago when they had things like C – link it could be dangerous to be a woman online. And yes, there are people who will shock you, but he is basically a creeper. And people will get away with whatever they can get away with. Realized that Internet communications come under the purview of the FBI. If this person is bugging you that much contact the local FBI office
