@J_Windrow Yep. Was down for three days a couple of months ago. Wasn't COVID, but it sure as hell hit me like a truck. Took a week to even feel somewhat normal again.

Usually when ill I'm still up and moving because I get stiff and sore in bed. This time I was sleeping beauty and she who makes offerings to the porcelain god.
I'm still not back to normal. I feel better sticking to clear liquids after several days. Maybe tomorrow I'll move to soft foods.
