I live in Massachusetts. I believe that in a state like mine, federal tax dollars get sent to poorer states like Mississippi (please someone correct me if wrong)

But if that is valid, and this could go for other states like New York and California, could the state government make a law that my federal tax money won't go to states that will make abortion illegal, or states that won't change gun control laws?

Again, i don't know if this is possible but money is the only thing that influences.
