@Bemet_Or It seems to me that there would potentially be consequences to altering weather patterns over large areas. But I also think it depends on the location, etc.

@JWilliams @Bemet_Or My father worked on a cloud seeding program in the late 60's, early 70's. It was curtailed because success was difficult to measure but you also couldn't prove they did not cause flooding or lack of rain for other areas. Massive liability concerns.

@Bemet_Or @JWilliams Very interesting. My personal preference would be to reduce man made CO2 as much as possible before taking active measures. Less chance for unintended consequences. It's good to see the scientists are being cautious.
