Right-wing activist Charlie Kirk called on Matt Gaetz, to arrest PA Gov. Josh Shapiro and other officials after a recount was automatically triggered because incumbent Dem. Sen. Bob Casey lost to challenger GOP Dave McCormick by 0.2%. Kirk called the recount "legal anarchy".
