Jake Tapper called out House Speaker Mike Johnson's Christian faith. "...you're a man of faith, you're a man of God, you're a man of family...With some of these nominees, Gaetz, Hegseth, RFK Jr., I wonder, does it matter anymore for Republicans to think of leaders as people who are moral in their personal lives? Is that still important to the Republican Party? "Sure," Johnson replied.

@JV3MJD The look says it all.

Whatevs

TBF, Johnson's adherence to faith is purely performative.

Christianity, hell, most religions, seem to exist mostly as a means for members to baptize their own bias.

Hypocrisy is built-in with the excuse, "All are sinners." Maybe, some quite a bit more than others though.

Kakistocracy in action. From kleptocracy to kakistocracy.

@JV3MJD

Tapper is full of it. You can't do the things Johnson does and still be man of God. Nope.
