Judge Bruce Cohen, the judge presiding over the criminal election subversion case against Trump allies is facing accusations of anti-Trump bias. Cohen urged white male colleagues to condemn GOP attacks on Kamala Harris’ race and gender and characterized the current political climate as resisting the Nazis. He quickly scheduled a "hastily convened" conference to go over the future of the case after an attorney for one of the defendants called for the judge to be removed.
