That's so wrong on so many levels....
Those are the "Dominican Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary," apparently a splinter tradcath group (or at least adopting that style) but not actually part of the Dominican Order or the Roman Catholic Church. They appear to exist only in one location in Michigan.
