Trump used to get away with rule violations, but they seem to have ended. Judge Merchan decided not to order prosecutors to share witness list to the defense because of Trump's attacks on people who are involved to his hush-money case. Unauthorize disclosures will have severe consequences at at the judge's discretion.

@JV3MJD Isn't the witness list already disclosed? I thought his ruling was to not disclose order of witnesses testifying? #Trump
