Trump could be facing more charges under the Espionage Act from the DOJ. There is plenty of evidence to charge him for obstruction of justice for not returning the stolen documents he hid at Mar-a-Lago. Reports that documents sitting around in plain view and may have been shared them with others makes his case infinitely worse.
