@joycereynoldsward Interesting point. My productivity invariable nosedives for a week or two afterward.
@XaoslordErie You're right about that.
@VelvetDuchess Poland knows damned well that they are high on Putin's list for invasion. They have good reason for what you call 'posturing'.
When I was young, this was a popular song, all over the radio; no one, at that time, really seemed to understand what Lou was writing about (including my mum AND the local gubmint), but the thing that really grabbed my attention was the mixing and production; it's pristine and still can't be topped, even today.
@XaoslordErie You'll get no argument from me! But I like the video that gives background that I understood at the time but many people now have no clue about.
The great Lou Reed doing his thing. (A rarely seen video too)
A good burger is my favourite food on the planet. It's not even close. Here, then, is a thorough list, though there are NOT many vegetarian or vegan options.
I shouldn't be the only one in tears.

@GrowSomeLabia Funny thing. I am a lesbian and I am pretty sure that I am not erased. I am a woman and it is people like you who try to tell me to shut up when I stand with my trans brothers and sisters who have always stood with me.
@GrowSomeLabia I think I may be confused since I have difficulty seeing MAGA wanting to deny LGBTQ rights and the right to an abortion being the same as "woke' supporting LGBTQ rights and the right to an abortion. I'd call those exactly opposites in fact. 🤔
@JRTomlin this was relatively simple. I already have three other Substacks, so creating a fourth wasn't hard. I had a csv file that held the new addresses, and had saved it to a specific location. Pushed the "import CSV file button." Voila.
Now contemplating melding the TinyLetter version with the Substack list, but I'm going to run them in parallel for the next few months, with slightly different pitches, to see what's what.
@joycereynoldsward Yikes. I have meant to change newsletter platforms for more than a year but it is *such* a pain to do, I keep putting it off.
@NorthernInvader I am not sure I agree with part of his point that if you are bad at something you can't realise you're bad at it. I wanted (a lot) to be a poet and was exactly intelligent enough to discover to my distress that I write terrible poetry.
