Last Friday, my home district was one of 40 in the state (Indiana) that received a bomb threat. Today, the next district over has an active threat lockdown. The district I work for also enacted safety protocols as a precaution due to the proximity to that threat. This cannot be allowed to become the norm. The kids are on edge and the anxiety level is off the charts.

This song has been a lullaby for every one of my 6 children, and now for my grandson. My daughter came in while I was singing it to him yesterday, tearing up as she sat next to me. “I used to sing this to you, you know,” I told her. She nodded as she started crying a bit harder. I finished the second verse, barely able to hold back my own tears, realizing that every one of us most definitely has all we need. ❤️ #CoSoMusic
