The wind has finally died down, enough so that it doesn’t sound like a long, heavy freight train anymore. I’m afraid to look to see how many branches, limbs, or full trees didn’t survive the onslaught. The temp in the house is 55*F, the actual temperature outside 2*F, still with a sub-zero windchill. Time to convince my body it’s time to get up and make coffee, but it is rebelling. #CoSoWeather #IneedCoffee

Central Indiana, my heat pump just couldn’t overcome the wind, plus it’s an old, big house.
