My eldest daughter has made an appointment to discuss sterilization with her doctor. The risks (for a pregnancy) for not only her but for a baby are so sizable that she doesn’t even want to allow a situation where she could die due to withholding of medical care. She is 30 years old and lives in a state that would rather sacrifice her life over safely ending a dangerous pregnancy. #SCOTUS #ExpandTheCourt

@JLordanKelly also, she should be aware that tubal ligation sometimes fails...
@JLordanKelly Yep, I was considering an IUD since I am likely within five years of menopause, but salpingectomy is probably a better nonhormonal option.
