Question for you Constitutionally savvy people: Since we supposedly have a tricameral checks-and-balances system in place, how doable would overturning a SCOTUS decision be with Legislative and Executive saying, “No way!”?

50 years to make protections law.
@JLordanKelly I am no expert but I think the problem will be any laws passed by congress(lol) get tossed back to the SCOTUS and they strike them down for the foreseeable future
