Today, as I was setting my fitness watch to track my bike ride, it gave me a message telling me I didn't sleep well last night and I should go "low intensity".
.
.....I don't recall asking my watch's opinion on the situation....

@JKMooney I looked into the … mechanics, I guess you could say … of how my own watch (garmin) estimated “stress” and other “metrics” that aren’t really… anyway they’re contrived, based on things it doesn’t even really measure reliably like variation in heartrate. It’s a guesstimate. So I ignore those “alerts” and stick to “your heart rate is X” and actual metrics.
