@GlennS Hope is never naive! What would we be if we gave up hope?
Keep hoping!
In spite of what Donald Trump tells his followers, we on the left do not want people in Red states to die. We just don’t. When we say there should be universal healthcare coverage we mean for everyone. When we say we want equality under the law, we mean for everyone. When we say our economy needs to work for everyone, we really mean for everyone whether you vote red or blue.
That’s one of the biggest differences between us and MAGA. We believe all of us are Americans and have value to our nation. They do not!
If you’re a Republican, try to remember that!
We don’t think anyone should die because of climate change. But it is happening because of the people being voted into office. That’s a reality. Blue or Red, doesn’t matter. The left does not want people to die because of this, but we acknowledge that it will happen and that we may be helpless to prevent it.
There are good people in the world who always seek to help others
There are bad people in the world who think only of themselves
But the greatest group of all people, the one we can all rely on
Sisters
They love you and miss you regardless of your fuckups
And I count myself lucky to have five such beautiful souls in my life
Reminding me that no matter how dark times get, they will always light that candle of love
I am really disheartened by the way so many Americans have been taken in by Hamas and now Hezbollah into believing they are the victims.
I just can’t handle it.
Yes, there are people being hurt, and that is heartbreaking, but have we really forgotten the decades of attacks Israel has had to endure at the hands of these monsters? All while being encouraged and funded by the likes of Syria and Iran?
Really?
