What is it about MacOS that makes updating it so tedious? How is it that MacOS can't be updated like Linux or BSD, in just a few minutes instead of the half hour to an hour it takes to make minor updates to the system?

I'm not the type to go camping. But if I did, I know enough not to leave my fire burning all night, leave food uncovered (preferably in a container that can seal so as not to attract bears, wolves, coyotes, etc) and I certainly know not to leave trash behind when I am done.
These are rules you should follow no matter what you do. Picnic or camping, doesn't matter. Stop leaving your trash and shit all over the place, you uncivilized scumbags!

@AskTheDevil oh, I know. I am not completely negative about social media, but giant corporations with intentions to profit from our data has corrupted the original intent of social media.

@Razdawg22 I like CoSo and the Misskey/Sharkey servers. I also miss chat rooms. Not the big ass ones on Discord, but the smaller more local ones.

I am powerless to stop Russia. I am powerless to stop the Middle Eastern conflicts. I am powerless to stop anti-semites, homophobes, and bigots.

I am, however, not powerless to vote for people who will exert the power needed to help end these horrors.

My power is my vote. I intend to exhort that power at every election, no matter how small, because elections, even the smallest of them, have consequences.

Do some searches and learn before you sign up for an online Therapy/Psychology Help site. BetterHelp promises patient privacy, but they are selling your data to advertisers.

Frankly, it is time Congress did something about the massive data theft happening to the people of the USA by corporations.

Donald Trump wants to be the American Dictator and the conservative courts seem perfectly willing to help him to his goal!

It really is tiresome that we seem to be stuck with this two party system. Such a system eventually leads to a lot of extremism on both ends and incalcitrant attitudes that don’t allow for any meaningful debate or action.

Parliamentary system may sometimes crumble, but they are designed to allow the government to be rebuilt. This mess we have doesn’t.

I am becoming more and more disillusioned with social media as a concept.

It's about that time when I have squandered my day off by resting and sleeping and now it is time to go to bed so I can get up early to go to work and all I can think of is "Where did the day go?"
