@Oma_Trisha I wish it would, but knowing him and his luck I think it'll be longer than that. I also have a feeling that whatever is available to even keep a person in that condition coherent for *any* length of time is being given to him in 'uge doses before any public appearance.
I really dread the thought of him getting a second term then taking the country down the Russia road and staying in power for life before changing the Constitution and naming heirs 🙀

@Oma_Trisha I think it's because he's still ultimately just a Westworld-esque Muppet frontman for the people making the real decisions.
Think about when he *was* in Office. There's no way he knew how to do the stuff that got done or which people to put in place. So even if he's a drooling, blathering idiot, he's still their screen until the day when he stops recognising his own name.
I think the cheetotoddler's legal beagles have vastly underestimated how much attention this trial is going to get and how many people will remember the outcome(s) come November.

The Town That Kept Its Nuclear Bunker a Secret for Three Decades
The people of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, helped keep the Greenbrier resort’s bunker—designed to hold the entirety of Congress—hidden from 1958 to 1992
(The hideout boasted > 1K bunk beds, 400-seat cafeteria, individual auditoriums for Senate & House, vast water tanks, & trash incinerator that could serve as a crematorium. Courtesy of the Greenbrier)

As Trump prepares to begin his first criminal trial on Monday in New York, the tolerance of his tirades is perhaps the most glaring sign of the judicial system’s Trump exceptionalism. But it’s far from the only example.

I could be wrong, but I don't remember any of this rubbish last time I read a bible:
"PASTOR GREG LOCKE: I’m at a place right now, if you vote Democrat, I don’t even want you around this church! You can get out! You get out, you demon! You can get out, you baby-butchering election thief! You cannot be a Christian and vote Democrat in this nation!"
