@InUnfunky: Of course, because it looks like there's a chance he'll actually be still not in jail on Election Day and possibly make it to Inauguration Day, at which point it's all wrapped up. For them it makes perfect business sense, a bet on which they can't really lose. It's only money, and whatever their contributions and machinations, the reward will be exponentially greater if TFG pulls it off.

I will allow for the labor that was required to create the drug to be reflected in the price TO A REASONABLE DEGREE (and amortized over the period the drug is under patent). The cost of inputs does encompass the design process.

But, obviously, 200x is gross. UNRESTRAINED capitalism would happily kill off 80% of its own market to get filthy rich off the remaining 20%.
