I just sent this question to my Sweetwater sales guy.
@InUnfunky part 2. I entered a question on their site, left my email, and my sales guy was the one who responded. I've been real happy with Sweetwater customer service - so far always regardless of price range.
So you can safely assume that I've never bought anything from the aforementioned online retailer.
