He'll pick a woman if he feels like he needs help with women GOP voters. He only picked Pence to get the evangelicals. He's locked them down without Pence now. He might even pick a Black person.
I know he'd rather not pick anyone, as that's the dictatorial way to do things.
Regardless, not having a spine will be a requirement.
