No, I never tried to copy EVH's "Eruption" when I was a kid learning how to play. The solo is badass and legendary for good reason...but why did I want to copy somebody else's shit? And why did I want to look like every other loser trying to copy EVH? I could be a loser all by myself, I didn't need help. 😉
