I wouldn't know...I dumped that shithole place a long time ago.
I know that (and me too), Exxie...but you're not Gen Z and neither am I! ❤️
Still, I take every opportunity I come across to dis Facebook. I hate it that much.
"Facebook! Where I Discovered The Redneck Assholes I Went To High School With (Class of '87, Woot Woot!) Are Still Assholes! You're Welcome! Now, let's collect data and allow misinfo to run rampant..." 🤓
I found a bunch of friends that I missed a lot, including my first boyfriend, (we were in the 3rd grade). He disappeared after summer vacation - when I found him on Facebook he told me he was taken away from his parents and put in foster care. My heart broke for him.
But, after reconnecting with a lot of friends and long distance family, I discovered many idolized the orange ass-zit. After a while I couldn't take the daily memes and political posts, so I dumped it.
@InUnfunky: No.
I mean, sure, folks look on it for deals, but it's not The Reason they stay on Facebook. Most GenX and GenZ I know are on it to keep up with longtime friends who live in different states or even different countries. And to post memes.
