Heh, that's how I tortured the kitchen crew this evening -- with 2 solid hours of "Yacht Rock Essentials" (iTunes playlist)...then Little's Feat's "Waiting For Columbus." Then I had to give up my turn...😆
Yeah, I know. I cringe a bit when the Dan is labeled as such...but when you're trying to entertain your fellow cooks and the occasional FOH person who comes back into the asylum to grab their orders, well, iTunes playlists ain't too shabby! 😉

No pop pablum for me, thanks ... There are a handful of 'Top 40' songs I didn't mind so much back in the '60s and '70s, but it's really not my cuppa.
