One of the main authors of "Project 2025" has been caught on tape saying that when Moby Dickless denounced the entire thing, he didn't mean it, he was just "doing politics".
@mcfate To say Donolf was "doing politics" gives him too much credit. He has no idea what's in Project 2025, he just says what he thinks will sell.
Oh, he's got a pretty good idea what's in there, since he dodges questions about whether he'd follow its policy recommendations.
"Will you direct the FDA to ban mifepristone?"
"You could do things that will beβ would supplement absolutely, and those things are pretty open and humane, but you have to be able to have a vote. And all I want to do is give everybody a vote, and the votes are taking place right now as we speak."
Nevertheless, the reporter persisted.
"But is that something you would consider?" he asked.
"There are many things on a humane basis you can do outside of that, but you also have to give a vote, and the people are going to sayβ¦" burbled Dickless, before just trailing off entirely.
He's got a pretty good idea what's in there.
@mcfate Maybe, but he dodges questions about the Bible too, and I doubt he knows anything about that.
You're just doing with him what he's trying to do with Harris.
He's not smart, by any stretch of the imagination, and I doubt he's read a book since the last time someone MADE him read one, but he's not "developmentally disabled".
Most people overestimate him, and weirdly so, but don't underestimate him, either. He's not a puppet or a zombie.
He has very clear ideas about what will get people to vote for him, and answering that question was NOT one of those things.
@mcfate Jesus, you even argue with people who agree with you.
If you say so.
@ImagineThat
You haven't "proven" anything, much less mathematically.
