@AnneW @Render i remember it being analyzed as more a problem of keeping ships on mission longer than expected and planned and not getting them into dock and giving them time to get fixed up right, and the reason beinf that our current naval doctrine requires us to really be in a lot of places all the time, thus not allowing the chance for downtime to fix broken things.
