My homemade chili has: yellow onion, red onion, red bell pepper, minced garlic, chili powder, thyme, basil, fire roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, turmeric, lean ground chuck, cream cheese, tobasco, 2 drops of The Last Dab, bit of ground sausage, 5 hours of slow simmering.
Topped with cheddar cheese, raw red onions, sour cream, shallots
