Saw this today. I really wonder why 'inflation' is treated as some inscrutable cosmic force, when there's ample evidence that it's been mostly corporate greed for the last couple of years.

Picked up my mail yesterday and threw away the junkmail, only to see a ballot in the wastebasket of my apartment complex. A ballot thrown away. That causes me great pain.

This is such an easy and tasty fish prep. You can easily find the recipe online. I used my sugar free marinade, and America’s Test Kitchen broiler prep this time.

Nobu’s miso marinated black cod. We have fresh, local line-caught sablefish (the same fish). Marinated for 72 hours, although 48 and 24 are good too.

Don’t feel like cooking so I looked at a local restaurant but when a salad costs 18 dollars and chocolate mousse costs 20, I think I’ll stick with cooking 😂
