I asked for 2lbs of potatoes for the mash. Just the 2lbs, no more, no less. I get 8lbs, why you ask, because the bags were 2 for 3$'s, wtf am I going to do with that many potatoes, and where am I going to store them

I never had much luck freezing potatoes. Cooked potatoes. They always come out grainy. But I never tried freezing potato soup! (With out chunks of potatoes)
Maybe a food bank?

@GeezerWench there was a plan, which, I wasn't informed about, fries when the leftovers get meh. Sorted the biggest potatoes for fry duty, medium ones for later use, and storing the medium ones in a canvas bag in basement. And the small ones for mash duty 🤔 😆
