@IRNMKE3 I always make mine in the slow cooker on low. It never boils. I then separate out all the bones and other large bits. Then I strain the broth through one of my old homebrewing grain bags. it comes out beautifully clear. I usually freeze it in one cup containers. IT's so much better than using the stuff off the store shelf.
