HiPOD 13 Jan 2023: Two-Color Aeolian Ridges

This image covers part of the floor of Noctus Labyrinthus at the western end of Valles Marineris.

The cutout shows aeolian (wind-formed) ridges that have a reddish color on their southeast-facing slopes and a bluish color on their northwest-facing slopes. Most likely this color difference is due to deposition or preservation of reddish dust on generally south-facing slopes.
