HiPOD 3 Jan 23: Crater, Crater Shining Bright

With a nod to William Blake, this image features a bright, ice-filled crater in the North Polar layered deposits on Mars. Ice fill in these types of craters may be a site where accumulation can be observed. Are these layered deposits gaining or losing mass? Any change detection compared to a 2008 image will be small but still helpful.
