HiPOD 21 Dec 2022: Plates in Utopia Planitia

Plates in Utopia Planitia may be evidence of past fluid eruptions. A 2016 HiRISE image reveals portions of some plates, but these plates extend beyond the image where there is no current coverage. This observation is needed to help measure plate dimensions.
