@Heucuva8 I've really struggled with this. My nature is to be a peacemaker and my family have told me with their actions these last four years that they do not value who I am, who my partners and friends are, or how we choose to live. I don't think there is a path back and I mourn that, but I don't have a way to forgive someone who does not even recognize that their behavior was bad. I'm not going to be gaslit into thinking that forgiving the remorseless makes me a better person.
