A Mississippi grand jury has indicted two former police officers on murder charges and another ex-officer on a manslaughter charge in the death of a Black man seen on video being pinned down and repeatedly shocked with stun guns during an arrest.

@WeThePeople #police I can't ever understand how police officers, who go through academy training for a year, can't recognize the danger to an individual they are pinning down!
Are they bigoted racists or simply uncaring idiots who should at least care for their careers?
I wonder if in the past there were thousands of victims that nobody reported or cared about, before the advent of the mighty cell phones that miss nothing!
