Where in the Constitution does it say the Supreme Court has the ability to declare laws/executive orders unconstitutional?

If #SCOTUS has this discovered but unenumerated power, then originalism is self-contradictory as a constitutional theory.

@HazmiMenexenus That power was established in Marbury vs Madison in 1803. But you’re right - it’s not enumerated in the Constitution as one of its powers.
