Where do you go or what do you do to get into your happy place #cosofriends #happyplace
For me it is anywhere near a body of water. Hard to do in the desert but pools work too when no one else is around.

@HardisonParker My place of peace is at the shore. The beach brings much peace and calm to my soul. Better than any antidepressant could.
@LisaHope so true. I lived by the shore for many years. I feel i took it for granted and now i live in a desert.
@HardisonParker oh gosh, one extreme to the other. How do u like the dry, hot climate though? Some folks need the heat physically. Helps with arthritis etc.
@LisaHope I don't mind it. Indoors everything is air conditioned and I am only outdoors to get from place to place or to go running some morning before the heat settles in.

Nature is my happy place. Out where there isn't another soul in sight and I can hear the wind and no vehicles. Its getting too hot to play outside here though😢
