Had some 1-1 time with Tank (he's been having some hip problems, so we let him roam on his own without Rocket jumping all over his ass).
(We think his hip issues are probably due to the damp weather and just getting old (I can relate) or a temporary injury, but we are watching him. He's been tested for hip displays (negative) and degenerative myelopathy (unlikely due to genetics))
@H3athers Oh Tank kinda looks like my old buddy, he developed degenerative myelopathy later in life. He used to enjoy a warm (not hot) heating pad for his old bones.
@nonayadambidnes if you get dna testing you can see risks of this (and other diseases). Tank has a low risk (genes from one parent) so it’s still possible but not probable. I hope it’s temporary or something manageable like arthritis .
