I don't want to wish ill on anyone*, but I can hope that Biden gets to nominate 2 SCOTUS judges, right?
*except Trump and Putin. I hope both of them drop dead.
@AllisonKaye I don't want to say it's 100%, but it's 99% that she'll get through. All the dems will vote for her, along with maybe 3 republicans, but even if they don't, VP Harris will have the deciding vote in a tie.
The whole Graham/Cruz/Hawley nonsense was just idiotic grandstanding.
@AllisonKaye if (for some reason) a second pick comes up, we need to hope it's before the midterms.
