I shouldn't be this happy a day after being fired, but I guess that knowing my Company still has to pay Insurance benefits I paid into(fired for start of receiving Long Term benefits) has a nice ring of irony & Karma to it. My Insurance Rep (whom I called immediately) said "They don't know how this works"😂& said he'd call them & "Explain the process"😂

Physical Therapist before the first excercise: "You will hurt very badly later on today from what I am getting ready to do with you."

Me: 🙄😰😑😮😅

When finished & all my bones & muscles had been tortured to their limit, she said: "I think you need to come 2x a week for 3 weeks. I will make you strong, but you will hurt in every part of your body. Take your pills. Do your excercises at home 2x a day, pain or not, or it will be worse when you come here"😬🤷‍♀️😭🤣

G'Morn!☕Rainy day here, w/a storm later this a.m.. Going to physical therapy in a while; will be sore for sure; some pain has returned in the last few days (my fault; did yard work a few days back & am reaping what I sowed; ugh; not healed as much as I thought!) & going there with pain...taking pills w/me for sure.

I can handle the pain because I'm Blessed to awaken & feel it; some won't ever have this chance again!
