Riggs appears to win Supreme Court race, but Griffin calls for a recount

North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Allison Riggs, the Democratic incumbent, led Republican Jefferson Griffin by 625 votes out of 5.5 million once all votes were finished being counted late Monday. Griffin's team appears to be preparing to call for a recount.
