Dentist claims a woman supposedly named Dawn Mangum allegedly filed a fraudulent deed to claim ownership and squat in $4.25M mansion at 1421 Alpine Creek Dr, Raleigh NC.
I found only one person named Dawn Mangum in the registered voter roles of NC. Supposedly has address in Louisburg.
