So something that appears to be good happened yesterday. First, Imma tell you something weird. The year is 2024 and I've just turned 54 years old. All of this time, I've been one of those lone, weirdo holdouts that never got a #cellphone. Until yesterday. Somebody going door-to-door was telling me that I could get a low income phone free of charge. It's through a company called TruConnect and a govt. program called Lifeline. Now I've gotta figure out how to use it. 📱 🤯 💀
@ChampagneKitty I jumped on board on 1997 after a promotion. It was so very expensive but the company paid 50%. Been attached ever since.
@Graci I don't expect to use it very often.But it'll be good to have when I'm not at home. You never know when you need to call somebody for help.
