But seriously, I'm glad to see the research, even though regret rate isn't used to evaluate any other treatment (if so, we'd ban hip and knee replacements) and we all already knew people who get gender-affirming surgeries rarely regret them even though they have high complication rates. (Hi, it me, complication plus revision but no regrets.)
