@CinnamonGirlE @Graci I have been using hormone creams for years for peri-menopause. It’s been great! (Through a nurse practitioner) I am at high risk for breast cancer so I am glad to have my hormones in balance. Have to get them checked periodically for the prescriptions. Keeps me from being estrogen dominant.

I chose the pellets because of convenience. This will be my third time. I had pretty much zero of any hormones prior to this. Hysterectomy years ago with oral replacement. Then stopped after five years because of the thinking of the time. Returned to them after years of none and vast improvement of cognition, pain, general well-being. I highly recommend for those who can receive.
