That's not enough to ward off any of the vitriol and hateful rhetoric; especially in the downballot where #trans hate is sometimes a conservative's only issue.
I would have preferred him spanking the haters. That was nothing more than a thoughts and prayers moment of do-nothing rhetoric.
@Priestess Nothing he would have said or not said would ward off the vitriol. He's been an advocate for years. (Though, not always. He learned.)
