@Kaysymmetry @Graci It is about time for them to do a revision; it looks like they aim for every 7-8 years, and with WPATHv8 having been out for a couple of years, the Endocrine Society needs to catch up.

That said, I *am* concerned that they might get out of step with the clinical consensus for political reasons, even though they've thus far offered full-throated support for gender-affirming care.
