Why: Masking feelings of depression and being overwhelmed. Someone will be there if you let them.

Why: Talks about holding on, fighting while asking for help.

Why: All is not lost, someone will be there. Hang on and let someone know you need them. (I prefer this over the soundtrack)

Why: Be strong. Let what they say and do bounce off.

Why: Not giving up and realizing you're not alone.
Song: Rise Up - Andra Day
Why: You're not alone. Let someone help you and stand with you. Rise up!

Why: Reminder that you are not alone no matter how broken you feel.
Song: Hold Your Head Up - Argent
Why: The whole song is full of positive reminders

Why: Just because -they- don't get it, doesn't mean you aren't you.

Why: Hang on. Once the smoke clears, you'll see you aren't alone.

Why: Reminder that everyone has burdens and someone it there it just trying, like me, to get by.

Why: Very centering, calming, building confidence.

Why: A supportive anthem of fortitude and courage.
